The Boutique Lodging & Lifestyle Association (BLLA) hosts several events and programs each year to help members improve their business. BLLA events feature important topics for the lodging and supplier industry that focus, in particular, on boutique and lifestyle properties and the suppliers that sustain them and their specific challenges, helping members to find workable solutions. Members learn how to effectively market their boutique hotel, build a dedicated staff, choose the best vendors and keep their message or brand circulating, among other topics.
